The Warbler Hotel to open New Orleans in hospitality debut for real-estate firm
A new boutique hotel called The Warbler Hotel is scheduled to open in late 2026 at 1923 St. Charles Avenue. It will have 58 keys, rising six stories and occupying roughly 42,000 square feet. The project represents the first hospitality venture for Verdad Real Estate, which has previously focused on retail- and commercial-real estate developments.
