A new report finds U.S. hotels saw declines in both total revenue per available room (TRevPAR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) in 2025. The report shows a drop in demand that dragged full-year performance below budget expectations. Luxury and upper-upscale hotels maintained relatively stronger performance compared with economy and midscale segments, which felt the most pressure.
