Kempinski Enters U.S. With Miami Residences
Kempinski Group announced its first branded residential project in the United States in Miami’s Design District. The development will have 132 private residences in two 20-story towers, plus townhomes and guest suites for residents. Interiors are designed for luxury living with views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Kempinski will manage services and amenities such as spa, fitness, dining areas, lounges and family spaces. Dual-Brand Hotel Under Construction in Fresno
Construction began on a new dual-brand hotel near Fresno’s River Park area in California. The project will include an AC Hotel, featuring a rooftop lounge, and an Element Hotel focused on extended stays, all under one entrance. The four-story property will have about 195 rooms, a pool, gym and conference space. It’s expected to open by late 2027 or early 2028, adding Fresno’s first four-star hotel option in the area.
