Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis has launched two new culinary offerings. The first, Perfect Pairings, is a five-course tasting menu with drinks, changing with the seasons (USD 150 per guest). The second, The Sky Dinner, is a rooftop family-style dinner cooked live over Missouri oak, complete with three courses and optional wine pairing (USD 395).
