🚀 Everhome Suites Expands Across U.S.
Everhome Suites, part of Choice Hotels International, is growing rapidly with several new properties launched through mid-2025. Highlights include its 20th location in Yuma, Arizona, as well as recent openings in Bozeman (Montana), Ontario and San Bernardino (California), and Newington (New Hampshire). 🎢 Theme Park Plans in Bicester, UK
A French operator (Puy du Fou) submitted plans for a £600 million historical theme park near Bicester, Oxfordshire. The design includes four period-style villages, 13 live shows, and three themed hotels, with phased opening starting in 2029. The development aims to create around 2,000 direct jobs and 6,000 additional roles in hospitality, helping to boost the local economy by £500 million. The Texas Restaurant Association reports that a shortage of workers is hurting the state’s hospitality sector as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) increases raids on workplaces. Restaurants, bars, and hotels are struggling to fill positions, particularly in South Texas, where many workers are immigrants. Nearly one-quarter of the restaurant workforce is made up of immigrants, highlighting the industry’s reliance on this group. Read more.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has chosen William Hill Nevada to manage its sportsbook, pending regulatory approval. William Hill, part of Caesars Entertainment since 2021, plans to expand betting options and add more kiosks at the property. 💸 Marriott Tribute Hotel Santa Barbara Secures $16.5M Financing
Concord Summit Capital has arranged $16.5 million in CPACE construction financing for the upcoming Marriott Tribute Hotel Santa Barbara. The luxury property, already under development, will feature 105 rooms and a rooftop amenity with views of the Pacific Ocean. Located in the East Beach and Funk Zone area, the hotel will be surrounded by wineries, breweries, art galleries, and dining venues. Read more.
🌟 Weave Living Expands to Australia with Sydney Project
Hong Kong-based co-living company Weave Living has entered the Australian market with the purchase of a development site in Sydney’s inner city. The approved project will deliver 80 fully furnished studio apartments designed for young professionals, couples, and students. Situated near Broadway Shopping Centre and within one kilometre of Central Station, the property offers strong transport links and proximity to the University of Sydney and the CBD. Read more.
