🚀 KanAm & Barceló Launch Hotel Investment Venture
KanAm Grund Group and Barceló Hotel Group have formed a strategic partnership to expand hotel investments across Western and Northern Europe. They will target 4- and 5-star business and leisure hotels in core and value-add markets, including redevelopment and conversion projects. Barceló will operate the acquired hotels under long-term lease agreements to ensure stability and alignment with its hospitality model.
