The Signia by Hilton brand is anchoring itself in major U.S. convention center projects—Atlanta already has a 976-room Signia directly linked to its convention center, and expansions are planned in Indianapolis and Savannah. Jacaruso Enterprises, the pioneer of remote hotel sales, has named Jason Webb as its new Chief Executive Officer—the first leadership change in the company’s 18-year history. Founder Toni Jacaruso will remain President, while Bill Jacaruso continues as Chief Operating Officer. Since 2007, Jacaruso’s remote model has helped thousands of hotels across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America boost sales and market share.
