DKN Hotels won the management and pre-opening advisory contract for a new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wildomar, California. The property will have 102 suites and is slated to open in 2027. Concord Summit Capital has closed a $12.2 million construction loan to finance a new ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham at Chandler Airport Center near Chandler Municipal Airport. The four-story, 124-room property is being developed by The Sandpiper Group of Companies as part of Wyndham’s western U.S. expansion strategy. This is the second Arizona ECHO Suites project funded by Concord Summit for Sandpiper, following a Peoria development last year.
