💥 DKN Hotels to Manage New TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wildomar

DKN Hotels won the management and pre-opening advisory contract for a new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wildomar, California. The property will have 102 suites and is slated to open in 2027. It is part of the Baxter Village mixed-use development, which also includes medical offices, apartments, and single-family homes. 💰 Concord Summit Capital Secures $12M Loan for New Arizona Hotel

Concord Summit Capital has closed a $12.2 million construction loan to finance a new ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham at Chandler Airport Center near Chandler Municipal Airport. The four-story, 124-room property is being developed by The Sandpiper Group of Companies as part of Wyndham’s western U.S. expansion strategy. This is the second Arizona ECHO Suites project funded by Concord Summit for Sandpiper, following a Peoria development last year. Sandpiper’s CEO Carter Rise highlighted that Concord Summit’s financing support has been central to accelerating growth in high-demand markets like Chandler. Read more.

Faraway Hotels, created by Blue Flag Capital, Collared Martin Hospitality, and Bain Capital Real Estate, will expand next summer with two new properties in Sag Harbor, New York, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The boutique brand, already known for locations in Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, will reimagine the historic Baron’s Cove into Faraway Sag Harbor with 67 rooms and a new Italian-inspired restaurant, Zagara.
