The Charter outlines four main pillars for its work: education and scholarships; advancing women and youth (within hospitality and beyond); humanitarian aid and disaster relief; and anti-human trafficking efforts. The governance framework establishes a Board of Directors, annual audits, and accountability mechanisms, all under standard US charitable regulations.
